The Wellness Course is an 8-week cognitive-behavioral program for adults. It aims to teach practical skills for managing stress, anxiety and depression. It includes five modules, each with a lesson, a self-management guide, stories of people who have overcome their difficulties, and additional resources. The Wellness Course was developed and tested at Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia) and is offered throughout Australia and in Saskatchewan, Canada, in its original English version. In collaboration with Macquarie University and the University of Regina, we are evaluating strategies for cross-cultural dissemination of the program among Francophones.
