Wellbeing Course

The Wellbeing Course is an 8-week cognitive behavioural program for adults. It aims to teach practical skills to manage stress, anxiety and low mood. The course includes five modules comprised each of a lesson, do-it-yourself guide, stories of people who recovered and additional resources. It was developed and tested at Macquarie University (Sydney Australia) and is offered across Australia and in Saskatchewan, Canada. In collaboration with Macquarie University and the University of Regina, we are assessing cross-cultural dissemination strategies of the program using a French translation.
