How it works?

Lessons (slides) or Writing Tasks
The programs are like online courses delivered through a secure website (etherapies) and a widely used learning management software (Moodle).

Emails ou notifications par SMS
Following a brief phone call to review the study procedures and to answer any questions you may have, you do the program on your own at your own pace. We keep in touch through emails or SMS as per your preference. We send you notifications, instructions reminders and words of encouragement.

Progress tracking
We use brief questionnaires to track your progress and wellbeing throughout the course.
